Planning for the Final Task: Schedule, Location, and more
Hey guys, for this blog I'll be talking about many things. I'll address my schedule, location, participants, and health and safety.
Schedule:
For this project I plan on shooting throughout the weekend. Being that most of my participants are high school students and they have their duties, filming through the weekend would be best. I plan to begin editing after I finish shooting. I do plan on filming any shots that I may have forgotten or need to try again during the editing process if needed. My schedule will look like this.
Shooting- March 6th and 7th and March 13th and 14th if needed. During the 6th and 7th I'll be shooting all shots in the outside location and filming any shots I can on the inside. The 13th and 14th will be to film any shots that I may have not gotten
Editing- I'll be editing on Adobe Premiere Pro during March 8th and 14th. I'll be adding finishing touches throughout the week and finalizing by the 14th.
Location:
My two locations will be at my house and outside my grandma's house. My house will be where I will film my shots on the inside and one of the locations where a character will be jogging. Outside my grandmas house is a train track which plays a role for the opening sequence and is the second place where a character jogs.
Health and Safety:
This opening sequence has a scene in the kitchen and an active stove, for that purpose I'll be making sure to have someone watching in case of a problem. I'll also have the same person there in case of an accident while I have one of my actors run. Due to the pandemic I decided to keep the amount of people from my immediate family to a minimum. I'll have my one friend and my family who is participating tested for Covid-19 to prevent anyone who may have it or is exposed from spreading it.
